About Our Client
Our client is a market leader in developing and selling building management solutions to the commercial market. With over 28 offices across Australia and NZ they lead the way in building automation, security, safety and energy management systems. Due to continued growth they are looking for an accomplished sales professional to join their ACT-based team.

Job Description

The primary responsibility of the Account Manager will be to develop and close new business opportunities and manage key long-term accounts. The role will also involve:

  • Leveraging existing relationships in the ACT market
  • Prospecting and networking to generate leads
  • Maintaining customer satisfaction levels through strong relationship management
  • Generating proposals and presenting in a confident manner
  • Accurate planning and forecasting of revenue on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis

The Successful Applicant

In the first instance the successful candidate will be a highly motivated sales professional with a proven track record in consultative services based sales.

  • You will have high energy and take initiative
  • Excellent rapport building and relationship management skills
  • Tertiary qualifications in a business or engineering related discipline
  • Have the will to succeed and a proactive personality
