Job Description
Reporting directly to the Group Manager, you will have overall responsibility for all operational aspects of the Financial Services business. Whilst striving to minimise the costs associated with delivering the service offerings, you will also be responsible for ensuring the operations meet the required service level agreements. You will manage the internal relationships with the sales teams and also work closely with the Finance/Pricing teams to develop the costs and expected margins for each product.

The Successful Applicant
Tertiary qualified in either a business management or finance discipline, you will have a proven track record in senior operational leadership roles. Maximising operational efficiency in order to minimise cost will be your core strength. Excellent interpersonal skills will be essential and you will be comfortable in a client facing environment. Prior experience in a financial services environment will be beneficial.
