Job Description

The service manager ensures the efficiency and profitability of their service facility. The main focus of the service manager's role is to plan, organize, lead and control the service branch to perform a range of functions, ensuring the service department is efficient, profitable and deliver a high level of customer satisfaction. You will be reporting to the national service manager.
