A division of a multi billion dollar global manufacturing business my client has been operating for over 65 years. With a superb reputation and great heritage, they have long been established as a market leader. Due to consistent growth they are currently seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join their established sales team.

Job Description
Reporting to the Asia Pacific Sales & Marketing Manager this pivotal and hands on role is responsible for managing all facets of sales in NSW. With a strong market share already established, your role will be to further develop new business, grow existing accounts understand customers? needs win back lost business and lead from the front. You will be responsible for analysing sales performance, preparation of forecasts and strategic sales plans. As such commercial and business acumen will be essential.

The Successful Applicant
Ideally, the right candidate will have previous experience managing, motivating and developing a team of sales representatives within an industrial market place. This role would suit a ?hunter? mentality and a background of over achieving targets is desired. Ideally, you will be able to present at all levels up to board room level. This role will require someone who can think strategically and has had budgeting responsibility. You will be required to have excellent analytical skills and a proven history of leading a sales team from the front. Typically, you will have had experience developing internal processes and sales strategy. It is essential that you have a good knowledge of sales through specifiers, sub contractors, builders etc into such markets as; electrical, mechanical, fire, lifts or plumbing.
