Job Description

Responsible for ensuring maximum profit return

Research and qualify targeted accounts, analyse client needs and opportunities.

Manage relationships with prospect clients - This includes lead generation and effective use of the Client Relationship Management database

Build lead generation relationships with Key Preferred Suppliers

Re-bids ? develop relationship with Account Manager and identified potential re-bid with clients.

Attend meetings, share market intelligence, present

Work with the Global and Regional Teams on tenders as required.

Identify local AU new business with up-sell opportunities for Regional and Global

Build financial proposal (P&L) for sign off, in conjunction with Director of Sales

Prepare and present tailored client proposals. Present detailed value proposition and financial benefits; call on other areas of the company as needed for support of higher level discussions

Deliver value added consulting/ business analysis

Identify and overcome obstacles encountered in the sales process. Provide written clarification documents as required

Ensure smooth delivery/implementation of initial products and services and ensuring a smooth transition of the client to Account Management/ Finance and Support Services

The Successful Applicant

Minimum 5 years experience in consultative selling and preparing and presenting detailed proposals and contract writing BS / BA degree or equivalent experience preferred

Experience in managing change in a client environment and implementing products and services

Excellent interpersonal skills. written, grammatical and editing skills

Ability to present and influence senior client contacts(and experience of the same)

Highly developed presentation skills

Self Motivated with evidence of ?will to win? attitude

Experience with problem solving, collaborating and influencing skills across internal & client matrix organizations

Good analytical and research abilities

Advanced financial understanding

What's On Offer
$85,000/$100,000 + Super + Bonus
