Job Description

This role will support the Engineering team and the Sales team. You will be located in the South Eastern Suburbs but offering advice, guidance and diction to staff and customers in Victoria on a daily basis. This position will ideally suit a candidate who wishes to start their career and grow within the organization, alternatively, a candidate who has much experience within an Electrical role who wishes to take on a office type role.

The day to day duties will consist of phone calls to and from existing customers who require assistance with the product usage and maintenance. The sales team will also need technical support on there day to day sales visits to new customers. Engineers within the factory may at times need assistance to assemble complex products to meet specific customer requirements.

The Successful Applicant

Must have Electrical experience- either a Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or an A grade Electrical license.

The Candidate must have excellent communication skills.

The ability to learn new products quickly and to understand customer requirements specifically will be important.

A good team play will do well in this role.

Knowledge of manufacturing and associated Mechanical/Electrical equipment will be an advantage.
