Job Description

This diverse role involves acting as the interface between both the IT team and the Projects team with a focus on providing training, development and support to end users.

• Hands on technical support and assistance
• Liaising closely with the Project Management Group to ensure pre and post project training requirements
• Working with HR to ensure the provision of appropriate technology induction training

The Successful Applicant

The successful applicant will have a strong ability to build and maintain relationships while also effectively communicating with both end users and technical staff at all levels of the firm.
