Job Description
Through continued growth, a ‘Sales Support Engineer’ role has become available within the Process Control Instrumentation Department based in North Ryde. Reporting directly to the State Sales Manager, you will be responsible for: providing support to the External Sales Engineers, preparation of proposals and tenders, handling technical inquiries, assisting with product selection, maintaining database records and having a primary interface with customers

The Successful Applicant
To be successful in this role you will be required to have: relevant industry engineering degree or trade qualification, excellent written and verbal communication skills, exceptional time management and organizational skills, willingness to take initiative and posses a high level of PC skills, along with high customer focus. Candidates from within the instrumentation industry or experience in a similar role will be highly regarded, but not essential.
