Job Description
The role of Test Lead is based in a small team and will be very hands on requiring a candidate who is happy to take a leading role but also carry out testing themselves. The implementation is an HR/Payroll system and the duties will include:
- Developing testing strategy / master test plan
- Using previous experience from testing Payroll / HR Implementations
- Develop standard processes for migration and sign off at each stage ( eg development to SIT, SIT to UAT, Regression to production)
The Successful Applicant
The right candidate will need to have a high level of experience in the testing of Payroll / HR Implementations - ideally 2 years of practical experience. They will need to be willing to be hands on and carry out testing themselves, but also experienced enough to take on Test Lead responsibilities. Excellent communication skills are also important as the role will involve communication with the testing project team and other stakeholders.
