About Our Client
An exciting position within a large global organisation within the financial services industry has arisen for an experienced training and development consultant. This is an excellent opportunity to work for an 'employer of choice' within a CBD location.
Job Description
The successful candidate will be required to work on a specific project and will be responsible for the full spectrum with regards to Training and Development, from design, delivery and the implementation of a set of business processes to support a new insurance system. On a daily basis your duties will include working with both external and internal clients within the business unit, designing and developing training manuals and facilitating training for staff in groups and on a one to one basis. During this project you will work closely with the change manager and the life risk team. You will also be required to work with key stakeholders on a daily basis with regards to presentation and insuring the training solutions meet their business needs.
The Successful Applicant
You will have a strong career history in training development and delivery alongside experience of working within the financial services. Due to the degree of facilitation involved within the role it is essential you have effective facilitation and influencing skills.
What's On Offer
7 month contract
Daily rate circa $490 - $550
