About Our Client
Our client is leading Australian consultancy firm with successful operations around the globe. Due to extensive company growth they now require an Urban Development Manager for their NSW based operations, reporting directly to the state general manager.

Job Description

A new role, the Urban Development Manager will be responsible for the following functions within the urban development discipline:

• Technically and commercially successful project delivery
• Business development through marketing and sales
• Client relationship management
• Staff mentoring and development

The Successful Applicant

The successful applicant will have had extensive consulting experience in relevant fields in the Australian marketplace, a substantial portion of which must have been on land development projects. They will be conversant with applications such as AutoCAD, 12d, Drains, and Microsoft office products. Both design and project coordination will be part of their career history. The attributes sought include:
