Job Description

As part of a small team you will head up and drive the Victorian Operation, tasked with completing projects and developing the business further.

Working with a number of Sub-Contractors you will be responsible for managing a range of commissioning projects. Following on from the installation you will verify Mechanical, Electrical (UPS and Gen Sets,) Hydraulics, Fire services, Plumbing, Building Automation Systems and HVAC Systems.

In addition to effective project management you will

• Manage design reviews, documentation, tender review, installation, site commissioning and witnessing and composure of reports.
• Projects will vary in magnitude and complexity but could include management from conceptual design through to the detail design, selection of equipment and services, tender review, site coordination and management.
• Creation of Work Standards, Work Method Statements, Maintenance and Service documentation.
• Programme management including risk mitigation.

The Successful Applicant

To be considered for the role you will have ideally be a degree qualified Mechanical Engineer with a great understanding of Electrical Engineering. It is expected that you will have a proven track record project management within a facilities management, service industry, or capital project management business. It will only serve to bolster your application if you have worked with M&E systems, HVAC, UPS and Fire Protection Systems.
