About Our Client
Crown Casino, Australia's most recognizable entertainment complex, is currently seeking the skills of a talented Wardrobe Supervisor to oversee all operational and administrative functions of Crown's sophisticated wardrobe department.

Job Description

Operating within a corporate and customer-driven environment, you will be responsible for overseeing all operational and functional aspects of the wardrobe department. Reporting to the Wardrobe Manager, you will be supervising a team of 25 client services staff that operate over a 24/7 rotating shift, with a focus on achieving results through effective people leadership and teamwork. In addition, your duties will include inventory management, planning and purchasing, and various day-to-day administration duties.

The Successful Applicant

Ideally coming from a Production Supervisory background within a manufacturing environment, you will have:

• Solid administrative experience;
• General manufacturing knowledge (garment knowledge preferred, but not essential);
• Exposure to retail buying or purchasing;
• Computer literacy, preferably with inventory systems.
