Job Description

Due to rapid expansion and growth, and increasing project responsibilities a number of key positions have been created:

• Winery Draftsperson - detailed winery layout design and drafting using CAD.
• Service Engineer - support and maintenance of centrifugal equipment for wine and olive oil.

The Successful Applicant
To be considered for these roles you will have relevant tertiary qualifications and demonstrated prior experience in a related position. Candidates must be hands on by nature, and possess experience in CAD and plant layout design, commissioning of machinery, exposure to equipment maintenance, programming and automation. An A grade electrical disconnect/reconnect license will be an advantage.
