Colonial First State Property Management “Empowering Potential”

Colonial First State Property Management’s core strength is in property management. Our history in retail as Gandel Retail Management (GRM) demonstrates our commitment to consistently strong returns, intense management and an engaging and loyal relationship with our people and customers.

Our beliefs are centred around a clear ethos – to work together with all our stakeholders, growing our potential and maximising the opportunities.

We understand that growth doesn’t just happen – it requires hard work, nurturing, innovation and diligence. These qualities are at the heart of the reputation we currently enjoy.

The organisation will build upon success by creating business directions for the future that inspire confidence and empower our potential.
