Tell us about your PageGroup career so far


I joined Michael Page in 2012 as consultant within our technology division. As a newly created discipline; technology was only a few years old prior to my arrival with a limited database and client portfolio. Over the last four years, I have taken ownership from an operational level to expand our knowledge base within the Queensland market, while developing strong relationships with some key clients to develop a scalable framework for repeatable business. In 2014 and 2015, the technology division recorded back-to-back record years in revenue growth providing a great platform and level of optimism moving into 2016. Throughout this growth, I was promoted to the manager of our technology division in early 2015 and tasked with the responsibility of growing our business further and solidify our team as a core pillar and flagship to the PageGroup brand.


How do you spend your time at work?


As the leader of our technology group, I’m very hands on with my team encouraging them to apply best practice as it relates to our discipline. I always look to motivate and inspire my team where necessary to get the best results I can. Outside of this, most of my time is spent on the phone or out visiting clients with the aim of developing further opportunities to help grow our business.
