Richard started his recruitment career with Michael Page Retail in 2000 and has earned extensive executive retail recruitment experience both in the UK and the Australian market place. He started his recruitment career with Michael Page in the UK working in the Retail Operations arena and concentrated on all verticals and all levels of seniority.
In 2007, he moved to Australia to open Michael Page Retail which is fast becoming one of Australia’s leading Retail Recruitment businesses.
Richard has an extensive background in retailing as he was a senior manager within one of the UK’s largest grocery businesses for over 6 years. It is this experience which provides him with key insights into retail and an ability to provide the best consultative advice to his client and candidates alike.
Richard now focuses on senior executive recruitment across all of Australia and assists his clients to develop the best recruitment strategies based on market. He is also an excellent advisor to senior professionals on the current market and their own career potential.

Will Rogers

Will commenced his retail recruitment career with Michael Page Retail in 2007 and brings to the business over 12 years of experience in the home and apparel buying space in the UK with global brands such as TK Maxx, Costco and ASOS.com.
When Will moved to Australia he re-launched brands and managed the buying set-up of a number of online retail sites before joining Michael Page Retail to lead, grow and now manage the retail recruitment business specialising in buying and merchandise planning.
Will’s NSW business is a team of specialist recruiters covering store operations at all levels, from store manager through to MD level, plus all buying and merchandise planning head office roles, again at all levels.
His experience working in this field is invaluable to providing strong advice to both clients and candidates, and enables him to quickly identify the best talent.

Luke Marshall
Manager, Victoria
Luke started his retail recruitment career in 2005 and has concentrated his career on senior retail operations recruitment in both the UK and Australian market place. Having successfully built strong relationships with the UK’s Top 25 retailers and previously managing a retail operations’ recruitment business, Luke relocated to Australia and joined the Michael Page Retail business.
Luke now runs a very successful Retail Operations’ business where he personally recruits across the senior executive market in both of these areas.
He has an exceptional and unique consultative style which furthers his already proven success of working with clients to identify top talent both locally and globally.
