3PL DC Manager

About Our Client

The DC Manager will have full site accountability and be a key change agent, leading CI initiatives. Your role will be to identify areas of opportunity to increase customer service levels, and in turn developing long term relationships. The current team is well established and the culture is strong, the DC Manager will be responsible for developing the team and creating succession plans moving forward.
The Successful Applicant
It is a prerequisite that applicants have extensive experience working directly for a 3PL business in a DC Management capacity. The following skills and experience are also required:
- 8 years minimum, managing a large team
- Change management experience
- Formal CI qualifications will be highly advantageous
- Any experience in implementation of automation and/or systems
- Experience managing multiple customers in a high paced environment
