About Our Client

Also in their portfolio are significant Lighting and Electrical ranges that will keep every day new and exciting. Due to the expansion into the retail market with one of the fastest selling products in Australia and soon launch a new fantastic product they are now looking to appoint an Account Manager for VIC.
Reporting into the Field Sales Manager, you will be required to deliver and implement sales strategies and further develop and strengthen relationships with key accounts at a store level. This is a role when you can take ownership and really make it your own.
Your ability to grow accounts and deliver on sales targets is essential, while reporting back to management on competitor activity at store level. The role offers excellent development opportunities with this market leading employer of choice in the consumer goods industry.

The Successful Applicant
The successful applicant will be dynamic, engaging and highly motivated to deliver on sales targets.
Given the diverse range of product categories, applicants are being considered from the Mass Merchant Retail and Grocery / FMCG channel. While not essential, you will ideally have experience and understanding of these channels and have come from a sales focused background. Your proven track record of sales success and ability to build and strengthen key relationships is essential to your success. You will be highly articulate with strong communication skills and be energetic and confident when presenting to both internal and external stakeholders.
You will hold a tertiary qualification, preferably in business or commerce or have minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience.
What's on Offer
Salary is depending on experience but a guideline of $90-110k base + super, car & tools of trade
