Job Description

Reporting directly to the Accounts Payable Team Leader, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Reconciling bank statements, preparing payments and processing supplier invoices
  • Managing the 3-way matching process between invoices, purchase orders, and receipts
  • Ensuring the timely processing of stock invoices and credit notes
  • Accurately entering and coding invoices into the accounting system
  • Preparing and processing payment runs
  • Reconciling vendor statements and resolving discrepancies promptly
  • Assisting with ad hoc duties as needed

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in end-to-end payroll processing within the technology or telecommunications industry. You will also have at least 2 years of experience in an Accounts Payable role, ideally in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail, proficiency in accounting software, and advanced Excel skills are essential. You must be available to start immediately and demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
