The role a remuneration package up to $78,000 + superannuation, with an annual salary review in July of each year.Job DescriptionReporting to the AP Manager, you will be responsible for:Managing supplier set ups across all entities including bank account verificationEnsuring accounts payable transactions are processed in line with correct authority levels and general ledger and project coding structureLiaising and build strong relationships with suppliersAccurate and timely reconciliation of supplier statementsAiding and supporting for all areas of the business in relation to accounts payableRectifying exceptions in the AP systemReconciling reports, and providing data to the AP ManagerReport on aged payables plus other ad hoc reporting where applicableThe Successful ApplicantWe are seeking candidates with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
