Job Description

Reporting into the Accounts Payable Manager your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the end-to-end AP cycle, from invoice matching to payment run
  • Monitoring and reconciling supplier accounts, ensuring timely resolution of discrepancies
  • Setting up vendors and ensuring compliance with company policies and audit standards
  • Providing reporting support during audits and month-end close
  • Taking on other ad hoc duties as required

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the life sciences industry, with proven experience in an end-to-end Accounts Payable role. They will be highly proficient with accounting systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar ERPs, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, research-focused environment. A keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential. The successful candidate will also demonstrate excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to collaborating with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
