Job Description

  • Daily processing and coding of supplier invoices
  • Lead and drive the Accounts Payable team to ensure accurate processes and data entry
  • Play a key role in ERP implementation and assist in the future accounts payable projects
  • Manage and motivate the team to achieve goals, and drive improvements in processes and systems related to Accounts Payable
  • Deliver monthly performance reports
  • Monthly reconciliation of supplier statements

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience as a Accounts Payable Team Lead or Supervisor
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills with ability to identify areas of opportunity
  • Proficient in the usage of SAP (desirable but not essential) and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel and Outlook)
