Reporting into the Finance Manager, you'll take ownership of the end‑to‑end accounts receivable function. Job Description

The Accounts Receivable Officer will be responsible for:

  • Preparing and issuing customer invoices in line with contractual terms
  • Downloading, reviewing and validating revenue data from internal systems
  • Preparing invoice support and revenue summaries for customers
  • Working with Sales and Contracts to resolve invoicing queries
  • Managing CPI increases and contract‑based pricing adjustments
  • Responding to customer invoicing and billing enquiries
  • Maintaining accurate AR records and customer data
  • Providing revenue and invoicing reports to internal stakeholders
  • Supporting audit and compliance requirements
  • Identifying and contributing to process improvement opportunities

The Successful Applicant

The successful Accounts Receivable Officer should have:

  • Experience in Accounts Receivable, invoicing or revenue administration
  • Strong IT systems and data handling skills
  • High attention to detail and process discipline
  • Confidence working with internal stakeholders across sales and finance
  • A proactive mindset and willingness to learn a complex industry
  • Interest in building long‑term capability in corporate finance
