Our client, a leading FMCG organisation on the Gold Coast is looking for a highly organised Administration and Sales Support Coordinator to join their vibrant and friendly team. This business partners with leading retailers and well known consumer brands, supporting them with product development, packaging, marketing strategy and brand awarenes. Job Description

Sitting within the Product and Sales division, you will play a key role supporting a team of Business Development Managers who work with national retailers and household FMCG brands. This is a fast paced and engaging position where no two days look the same. You will support a high energy team that values collaboration and communication. The office environment is upbeat, social and full of exciting new products to test and learn about. With strong internal tenure and ongoing career opportunities, this role is ideal for someone wanting long-term development and growth.

You will be responsible for a wide range of administrative and coordination tasks, including:

  • Supporting the Sales Team with all administrative requirements
  • Managing busy calendars, inboxes and internal scheduling
  • Uploading key documents and product information into internal systems
  • Coordinating meetings, booking rooms and arranging client appointments
  • Preparing itineraries and booking domestic travel
  • Assisting with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable when required
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently
