Job Description

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Manage and organise schedules, meetings, and appointments.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain accurate records and filing systems.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Assist in the preparation of meeting agendas and take minutes as required.
  • Handle general enquiries and communicate effectively with clients and team members.
  • Support other secretarial and business support tasks as needed.

A successful Administration Assistant should have:
