It handles tasks like vehicle registration, driver licensing, and developing transportation policies that support both city and regional areas. Its work helps improve connectivity and support the growth of the region.

Job Description

  • Provide high-level administrative support by entering data accurately into departmental systems and databases.
  • Manage shared inboxes via Outlook, ensuring prompt and organised communication.
  • Support document control activities, ensuring proper handling and storage of important project documents.
  • Assist with a variety of other administrative tasks as needed, supporting project managers and team members.

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data accuracy and integrity.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to create professional documents and reports.
  • Excellent written communication skills and the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably supporting project teams or units.
  • Strong record-keeping and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities.
