In the 2000's, the company entered the Australian market, and have been successful since. Due to expansion, they are looking for an Aftersales/Service Manager, located in Melbourne. This new created role, will look after the current customer base in VIC/SA. With the existing network, they are looking for somebody to revolutionise the aftersales service delivery and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Job Description

  • Collaborate with the technical team to resolve product-related challenges and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and execute strategies to improve Aftersales service delivery, enhancing customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with the dealer network, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.
  • Oversee the budget for Aftersales service, making informed decisions to optimise resources and monitor market trends.
  • Provide regular reports to the Automotive Head on key performance indicators and progress toward objectives.
  • Ensure adequate parts stocking at dealerships, identify training needs, and onboard new dealerships on product, service, and parts processes.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador, upholding its reputation for quality and innovation, and act as the single point of contact for warranty, spare parts, and service matters in Victoria and South Australia.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in a similar role within an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or automotive industry.
  • Comprehensive understanding of service network intricacies and Aftersales service operations.
  • Demonstrated track record in elevating customer satisfaction levels to new heights.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build and maintain relationships.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Residing in Melbourne or willing to relocate from another Australian state, already possessing full work rights.
