Job Description

  • Develop and implement AI and automation solutions to optimise operational processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation and innovation.
  • Design, test, and deploy machine learning models to enhance organisational efficiency.
  • Maintain and improve existing AI and automation frameworks.
  • Provide technical expertise and support in AI-related projects.
  • Document processes, models, and system designs for future reference.
  • Ensure compliance with organisational and industry standards in all AI and automation initiatives.
  • Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and trends to recommend best practices.

The Successful Applicant

A successful AI and Automation Engineer should have:

  • A strong background in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in AI, such as Python or R.
  • Experience in developing and deploying machine learning models.
  • Knowledge of automation tools and frameworks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • An understanding of the Not For Profit sector is an advantage.
