Job Description

  • Lead and manage the analytics team to drive data-driven decisions.
  • Design and implement analytical tools and frameworks to facilitate improved decision-making.
  • Deliver insights on customer behaviour and business performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to drive strategic initiatives.
  • Present findings and insights to senior management.
  • Ensure the integrity of data sources and analytical models.
  • Stay updated with latest industry trends and advancements in analytics.
  • Facilitate a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Analytics and Insights Manager' should have:

  • Relevant degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an analytical role.
  • Strong skills in data analysis and interpretation.
  • Experience with data visualisation tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
  • A strategic mindset and ability to make sound decisions based on data.
