As the ANZ Creative Marketing Specialist, you'll lead the full lifecycle of marketing assets-from concept development and partner compliance to final deployment-while managing timelines, approvals and day‑to‑day execution with clarity and confidence. Job Description

Design and deliver compelling marketing collateral across digital, social, EDM, print, POS and retailer channels, ensuring every asset aligns with brand guidelines and campaign strategy.

Transform briefs into impactful creative concepts that resonate with target audiences and drive commercial outcomes.

Lead end‑to‑end design workflows, upholding brand integrity, navigating alliance approval processes, and managing timelines with precision.

Support full campaign execution, coordinating asset production, approvals, and delivery to keep projects moving seamlessly.

Evaluate and provide constructive feedback on external creative-including paid media, influencer content and PR materials-to maintain visual excellence, brand consistency and alliance compliance.

Collaborate with external agencies to refine creative ideas and executions while safeguarding the brand's visual identity.

Prepare, submit and revise assets for alliance compliance, ensuring all creative meets partner and retailer specifications.

Work closely with marketing, sales, alliance partners and retailers to manage briefs, revisions and final asset delivery with clear, proactive communication.

Stay across emerging design trends, tools and best practices, sharing insights to elevate the broader team's creative output.

The Successful Applicant

2-5+ years of hands‑on experience in design, creative or marketing support roles, ideally within retail, consumer tech or fast‑paced brand environments.

Strong conceptual thinking and ideation skills, with a knack for crafting visual stories that cut through.

Advanced proficiency across Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat), with bonus points for working knowledge of Premiere Pro and After Effects.

Familiarity with alliance or channel partner ecosystems, including interpreting and applying brand and compliance guidelines.

Solid grasp of the full creative lifecycle-from brief and concepting through production, refinement and final delivery.

Proven ability to juggle multiple projects, deadlines and stakeholders with confidence, clarity and minimal supervision.

A proactive, curious mindset with a drive to learn, evolve and elevate the work.

Competent in PowerPoint and MS Office, with the ability to present ideas clearly and professionally.
