Reporting to the Regional Manager your job duties will include:
- Leading Franchisees and store managers through constant coaching, training and development to inspire them to deliver above and beyond
- Implement and oversee best practice procedures across your territory
- Achieve budgeted sales by hitting monthly targets
- Influencing promotions and layout at store levels
- Recommend and implement strategic management practices to increase franchise profitability
- Planning and developing strategies to grow territory and increase sales
The Successful Applicant
A successful candidate will possess the following:-
- Natural leadership skills
- Able to carry out effective sales financial analysis
- Passionate for coaching and training.
- Experience within the QSR (Quick Service Restaurant), franchise and/or retail industry.
- Tertiary degree is favourable
