As a mid-sized entity, it is focused on enhancing community infrastructure and fostering a well-maintained environment for all.Job DescriptionLead development and implementation of long-term asset management frameworksDrive maturity uplift and cultural change across engineering and operationsOversee asset data integrity, valuations, condition ratings, and lifecycle planningManage TechOne (EAM/SAM) utilisation, reporting, standards, and scenario modellingSupport delivery and integration of capital works and renewal programsChampion asset management best practice and build stakeholder capabilityCoordinate cross-functional asset planning and governance forumsProvide specialist advice to internal stakeholders and executive leadershipLead a small team (Asset / Fleet / Systems support)Oversee fleet planning and policy as a secondary functionThe Successful ApplicantA Successful Asset Coordinator should have:Proven experience in strategic asset management, ideally within infrastructure, utilities, or governmentStrong capability in asset planning, lifecycle modelling, valuations and condition assessmentsDemonstrated experience using TechOne (EAM/SAM) or similar asset management systemsExperience driving asset maturity uplift / organisational changeAbility to influence and collaborate with engineering, operations, finance and executive stakeholdersStrong analytical and data management skills, with the ability to translate insights into planning outcomesExperience leading or coaching small technical teamsExcellent communication skills, including presenting technical information to non-technical audiencesKnowledge of relevant standards, governance frameworks, and compliance requirementsUnderstanding of fleet and plant management (desirable, not essential)What's on OfferCompetitive salary ranging from $130,000 to $150,000.Opportunity to work in a well-established Public Sector organisation.Permanent position with potential for career growth in Jolimont.Engaging role within the Engineering & Manufacturing department.If you're ready to advance your career as an Asset Coordinator, we encourage you to apply now.
