About Our Client
Our client is a Financial Institution which provides income producing funds, including a Property Fund providing strong capital growth.
Job Description
- Conducting regular reviews of each property and market within the Fund.
- Working with accounts division to prepare annual tax statement for investors.
- Working with accounts division to prepare the financial statements for each sub-scheme.
- Preparing annual reports on each sub-scheme
- Overseeing issuance of rental invoices and payment of outgoings
- Working with CEO with sourcing new properties and preparing financial property investment
model for initial consideration of property investment
The Successful Applicant
- Diploma or Tertiary Qualification in Property or Finance
- 5 Years' experience working in commercial property
- Relevant experience and professional standards to perform the role
