Job Description

  • Prepare and assist with financial statements and management reports
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities
  • Reconcile general ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies
  • Deliver accurate and timely financial data to key stakeholders
  • Provide support on ad-hoc finance tasks and projects as needed

The Successful Applicant

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Exposure to or interest in the energy sector is highly regarded
