About Our Client
Our client is a leader in the manufacturing space based in the South Eastern suburbs of Melbourne. Reporting directly to the Financial Manager the role will be assisting across the full finance function whilst also taking ownership of a few key components of the month end process. Assistance with maintaining the fixed asset register, preparation of BAS & FBT alongside providing some backup to payroll from time to time will be required. You will be required to take ownership of the bank reconciliations as well as undertaking the Foreign Exchange for the business. Ad hoc tasks will also be assigned to you on occasion.
The Successful Applicant
As the successful candidate you will have at least 2 years experience within industry and will be studying towards or have completed your CPA/CA. Working alongside the rest of the finance team you will be expected to bring value and grow alongside the rest of the business. SAP experience will be looked upon preferably but is not a must, although strong excel skills are required for the role.
