Job Description

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing billing, banking, and company reconciliations
  • Verifying financial data in collaboration with an offshore team
  • Assisting with accounts payable and debtors management
  • Processing weekly invoices and supplier inputs
  • Supporting month-end reporting and financial operations
  • Engaging with depot teams to understand business operations beyond finance

The Successful Applicant

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Studying towards CA/CPA, ideally near completion
  • Experience in reconciliations, billing, accounts payable/receivable, and financial reporting
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various teams
