Job Description

  • Provide end‑to‑end support across accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general accounting tasks.
  • Process supplier invoices, manage payment runs, reconcile statements, and maintain supplier records.
  • Contribute to month‑end close, including accruals, prepayments, reconciliations, and invoice cut‑offs.
  • Prepare and lodge statutory obligations.
  • Assist with audits, internal controls, and maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Support continuous improvement, process efficiency, and optimisation of accounting systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and maintain professional relationships with suppliers and customers.
  • Work closely with the Financial Controller and CFO, assisting with additional finance duties as needed.

The Successful Applicant

  • 3-5 years demonstrated experience in Finance.
  • Strong knowledge of Australian statutory compliance.
  • Proficiency with accounting software (Xero preferred) and strong Excel skills.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to manage reconciliations and financial controls independently.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively across teams.
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
