Job Description

  • Build financial models and run scenario analyses to support adviser recommendations.
  • Prepare high‑quality SOAs, ROAs, and technical advice documents.
  • Conduct product, platform, and investment research to support strategy development.
  • Coordinate end‑to‑end implementation of advice strategies, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain CRM data integrity and ensure client files meet compliance requirements.
  • Prepare review packs and support ongoing client service workflows.
  • Liaise with product providers to validate data, fees, and technical inputs.
  • Assist senior advisers with technical summaries, projections, and client‑ready materials.



The Successful Applicant

  • Has experience as a paraplanner or associate adviser within a financial planning environment.
  • Understands superannuation, investments, retirement planning and insurance fundamentals.
  • Has strong capability with modelling tools and advice software (e.g., Xplan).
  • Has excellent written communication skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Is analytical, structured, and comfortable working behind the scenes to support senior advisers.
  • Demonstrates professional integrity and a client‑first mindset.
  • Holds or is progressing toward relevant qualifications (e.g., FASEA/Financial Adviser Standards education).
