We are seeking a knowledgeable and motivated Industry Sales Engineer - Food to join our team in Sydney. This role focuses on driving sales and providing tailored solutions within the industrial and manufacturing sectors.
  • Salary: $130k + Car Allowance + Super + Incentive

Job Description

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the food industry sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and stakeholders.
  • Provide technical expertise and advice on industrial solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and partners.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
  • Assist in the development of strategic sales plans and initiatives.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent communication and support.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Industry Sales Engineer - Food should have:

  • A strong background in Automation and/or Instrumentation sales, bonus if within the food industry.
  • Technical knowledge relevant to automation solutions and processes.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A proactive and results-driven approach to achieving sales goals.
  • Proficiency in using relevant sales and CRM tools.
  • Degree in either Mechatronic. Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
