Job Description
- Focus on site acquisition in geographic areas of interest, to help broaden company footprint.
- Provide support and assistance to the General Manager in the development and implementation of new business.
- Obtain support from the General Manager for new policies, procedures and strategies. This includes skills in negotiating, persuading and influencing to sell a new initiative, a decision or agreement. This may require making formal presentations and preparing written proposals and briefing documents.
- Undertake consultation with key stakeholders, including liaison with landlords, owners, potential landlords or their representatives etc
- Engage with SME's within the business to obtain necessary advice/ actions with regards to site acquisition including Finance, Operations and Legal
The Successful Applicant
- Ability to problem solve and provide solutions for property owners
- Self starter who can operate under limited supervision
- Ability to work to a business plan and deliver on targets
- Ability to build strong relationships with property owners/ agents etc which will lead to repeat business
- Confidence to present to "C" Suite level executives
- A tertiary qualification in business or or Commerce would be highly regarded
- Negotiation ability
- High level of commitment to customer service
- Exposure to commercial property will be highly regarded
- Track record of achieving results in a high turnover sales position
