Job Description

Your main job duties will include;

  • Oversee and lead daily operations of the billing department, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing and collections
  • Monitor team performance and manage KPIs to optimize billing workflows and increase efficiency
  • Support team members with training and development, fostering a positive and high-performing team culture
  • Resolve complex billing issues and escalations with a patient-centric approach
  • Collaborate with finance, admissions, and clinical teams to ensure accurate data and documentation
  • Prepare and present regular reports on billing performance and trends for management
  • Ensure compliance with all hospital policies, government regulations, and industry standards



The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will have some healthcare industry experience, ideally at least 6 months. They will have at least 2 years of AR or Billing experience and ideally have had exposure to team leadership. Attention to detail, great communication skills as well as an eagerness to grow is highly important!
