Job Description

As a key member of the team, you'll be responsible for overseeing sales, operations, and administration, while fostering a positive work environment and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a hands-on leadership role with a strong focus on growth, profitability, and team development.

  • Lead and manage branch operations including sales, inventory, staffing, and customer service.
  • Drive market share growth with new and existing customers.
  • Develop and execute annual budgets and forecasts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and vendors.
  • Recruit, train, and retain high-performing branch staff.
  • Implement pricing, promotion, and distribution strategies to grow margins.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
  • Collaborate with finance and regional leadership to improve operational efficiency.



The Successful Applicant

A successful Branch Manager should have:

  • Previous managerial experience, ideally in distribution or the building/construction industry.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a focus on results.
