Reporting to the General Manager NDT, the Darwin Branch Manager will be responsible for representing the company in a professional manner and liaising directly with clients. Their responsibilities will include the following:
- Leadership and management of the Darwin team to ensure achievement of strategic business objectives.
- Engaging with existing customers in the region to ensure high quality service is delivered above and beyond expectations.
- Executing and contributing to the strategic business objectives to ensure growth within the region.
- Providing hands on support to the team as and when required and accountability for personnel and resources management.
- Ensuring that NATA and quality functions are always maintained to the required standards.
The Successful Applicant
To be considered for this position you must have demonstrated experience in a similar role for at least 10 years. It is essential that they have experience in an NDT environment along with industry exposure across Oil & Gas and/or Power Station. Their key attributes will revolve around inclusive 'hands on' leadership, value driven customer engagement, safety first approach and commercial leadership. AINDT and/or AICIP/Metallurgy background (or similar) qualification essential.
