This role is the primary leader of our client's operations across the Esperance, Great Southern and Goldfields region. With a focus on driving high-levels of customer satisfaction, profitability and continuing to develop a suite of repeat clients, this is a role well-suited to an experienced, entrepreneurial business leader.

About Our Client

Our client is the Corporate Parent of South Coast Food Services, a long-standing food service supplier, based in Esperance and servicing businesses across the Great southern and Goldfields Region. They have a long background in supplying high-quality products to a range of food service, production and distribution customers.

Job Description

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of business operations, including logistics & distribution, customer service, business development and purchasing & finance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and service delivery.
  • Lead and mentor a team to achieve business objectives and maintain a high-performance culture.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Manage budgets and financial performance to achieve profitability targets.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular reporting to senior management.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement innovative solutions.



The Successful Applicant

A successful Branch Manager should have:

  • Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced wholesale or FMCG environment
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Comprehensive understanding of end to end business leadership
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A strong ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and drive business growth.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
