Job Description

The Branch Manager will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch, including team management & development
  • Developing and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Managing and inspire a high-performing sales team
  • Maintaining WHS standards
  • Maintaining inventory control and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Analysing sales data to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Managing branch budget and financial reporting

The Successful Applicant

A successful Branch Manager should have:

  • Proven track-record in improving branch performance
  • A background in managing a branch within the steel industry
  • Strong leadership abilities and excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in analysing sales data and financial reports to improve profitability
  • A customer-focused approach and ability to resolve issues promptly
  • Knowledge of inventory management and compliance requirements
