Job Description

  • Lead branch strategy, daily operations, and business performance to ensure strong profitability and efficiency.
  • Oversee P&L, budgeting, forecasting, margin management, and commercial governance.
  • Direct and develop senior staff across sales, customer service, and operations, fostering a high‑performance culture.
  • Drive sales growth across OEM, contractor, distributor, panel builder, and industrial markets.
  • Approve major commercial proposals and represent the branch in significant customer negotiations.
  • Ensure operational excellence across stock management, supplier coordination, and customer service delivery.
  • Analyse market trends and adjust branch strategy to increase margin, revenue, and competitive position.
  • Maintain alignment with corporate policies, compliance requirements, and performance standards.



The Successful Applicant

  • Has 5+ years' senior leadership experience within industrial electrical distribution, automation, or a related field.
  • Has demonstrated capability managing branch‑level or business‑unit financial performance.
  • Can lead multi‑disciplinary teams and deliver sustained commercial results.
  • Brings strong commercial and financial acumen, including margin control and pricing strategy.
  • Communicates with confidence and builds strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Is operationally disciplined, strategically minded, and motivated by continuous improvement.
