Job Description

  • Own and uphold the Brand and Segment Guidelines, ensuring all communications effectively reflect our unique selling proposition (USP).
  • Develop and execute a brand communication plan that simplifies the consumer decision-making process and encourages brand preference.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to build a strategic Marketing Calendar and execute targeted advertising campaigns.
  • Present key projects, creative briefs, and strategic plans to senior leadership, including C-suite executives.
  • Manage relationships with key creative partners to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality marketing materials, all while staying within budget.
  • Partner with internal teams (Digital, CX, Sales) and external retail partners to create a variety of marketing assets for channels such as TV, BVOD, Social Media, In-store Displays, and Trade Promotions.
  • Ensure all marketing activities deliver optimal ROI and are executed within the set budget.
  • Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights to senior management.
  • Actively contribute ideas for growth strategies and help implement them across the business.

The Successful Applicant

Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

Experience: 2-3+ years in a similar marketing role, ideally with experience in premium consumer goods.

  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing creative marketing campaigns.
  • Strong creative thinking with the ability to communicate ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Solid understanding of global marketing trends, with a proven ability to drive growth.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and project management skills.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Experience managing budgets and optimising ROI.
