About Our Client
Our client is a leading global FMCG company that takes pride in their recent expansive presence in the health focused market. They manufacture their own goods and service over 100 countries with their products.
Job Description
Responsibilities include but aren't limited to:
- Lead NPD (new product development) projects, through collaboration with the cross-functional team to take the product to market, with guidance from the Marketing Manager
- Contribute to long term innovation strategies and planning in order to expand and grow further into the FMCG market
- Contribute to the local insights and thus be able to demonstrate a thorough understanding of the Australian market
- Oversee and lead the brands administrative duties and ensure that the advertising and promotional spend is in line with the marketing budget
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will possess the following:
- 2-4 years in Marketing/Brand Management- preferably in FMCG
- Experience across digital campaigns
- Experience in NPD and the Stage Gate Process
- Fantastic attitude with a desire to learn
- Exceptional time management and organisation skills
- Confidence to think strategically and analytically
