Job Description

  • Manage the daily operations of the property, ensuring it is safe, functional, and well-maintained.
  • Coordinate and oversee maintenance schedules, repairs, and preventive measures.
  • Act as the first point of contact for tenants, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with building regulations and safety standards.
  • Engage and manage contractors for specialised services and projects.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, including monitoring expenses and optimising costs.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve any issues proactively.
  • Prepare detailed reports for stakeholders, outlining building performance and any required improvements.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Building Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in property or facilities management, preferably within commercial settings.
  • Strong knowledge of building operations, maintenance, and safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in using property management software and tools.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and solving issues.
